At Blairsville Rotary Club last Thursday, we had a lively dialogue during my speech: “Stress Management for Leaders, How to Increase Health and Productivity.”I emphasized the importance of taking breaks every 90 minutes. One man said his co-workers played ping-pong during mandatory daily breaks. What a great role model!

Managing Holiday Stress. Tip #5

Q: “How do I stay focused on the true meaning of Christmas, i.e., the birth of Jesus? It’s a challenge with all the seasonal activities (shopping, making gifts, wrapping them, and addressing Christmas cards) layered on top of an already crowded schedule.”
